Spring Break News
Habitat Spring Break trips are a great way to make a difference while still enjoying your spring break! Collegiate Challenge is an alternative break program that allows groups to visit one of 250 host affiliate sites throughout the United States. This program has been a vital part to Habitat for the past 20 years!
Last year, the Bradley chapter of Habitat went to Albany, Georgia where we worked on four houses. We completed two roofs, built porch rails, did some landscaping work, started framing one house and did some demolition work as well. We also mingled with the community and since it was spring break, we spent some time at the beach, relaxing in the cabins, and at the zoo. It was a phenomenal experience filled with opportunities to learn new skills, build new friendships, and have a great spring break!
This year we will be going to Miami, Florida to build with the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami! We will be taking 45 people so sign up quick and look forward to having the greatest spring break of your college life!
