• A. President- A trip to a waterpark is being planned for a warmer month.
• B. Treasurer- The change machine has been filled.

III. Old Business

• We have bought a brand new vacuum cleaner, now there are two available, plus a back-up.

IV. New Business

• A. Interest in an outing
  1. Chuck E. Cheese- 7
  2. Sports Center- 5
• B. Philanthropy to be discussed: Penny Contest vs. Food Drive for Easter.
• C. Motion passed 7-0 to support Serria Bishop in the Miss Black Illinois USA Scholarship Pageant with $25.
• D. ACBU Campus Carnival:
  1. Voted to donate $25 for a booth. Anyone with ideas or interest in this booth, contact Hall Council.
  2. Nominated Murugan Palani for king and Samantha Stuyvesant for queen for $10.
• E. Voted 7-0 to support the Bradley Men's volleyball team with $25.
• F. Ideas for future Hall activities:
  1. Ice Skating
  2. Miniature Golf

• A. Exec Board Positions open: if interested, contact Kristin at x2620.
• B. Forum for Race Relation being held at Marty Theater.
• C. Considering microwave/ refridgerators for rental.
• D. May 7th: Bradley Fest with 3 live bands
