Membership ID Card


Greetings! You have come to the right place for membership information! Before you seek membership, we suggest that you read the constitution and by-laws of our organization. These documents will give you an idea of how NSBE is managed world-wide. If you become confused with some of the terms or acronyms, the NSBE acronym dictionary might be of some help. Once you understand these documents, then choose the level of membership for which you qualify. There are four levels of membership within NSBE.

Level One
PCI Membership

To qualify for this level you must attend a Junior or Senior High School with a NSBE Jr. Chapter. The national dues are $5 per person and all students will receive membership cards and all of the privilages and benefits of a NSBE Jr. member. Level Two
Student Membership

To qualify for this membership you must be a full time student at a four year university or college. Most students will join with a chapter which is strongly suggested, however, this is not required. The national dues are $10 per person and all students will receive membership cards and all privilages and benefits of a full NSBE member. To become a member please fill out the membership application and send it to 1454 Duke St., Alexandria, VA 22314 Attn: Membership Services. Level Three
Alumni Membership

To qualify for this level of membership, you must have graduated from a four year university or college. If you are a recent graduate(within one year) the national dues are $25. For other technical professionals the national dues are $40. Each member will receive a membership card and all of the privilages and benefits of an Alumni member. Level Four
Corporate Affiliate
To qualify for this level of membership you must be a business or government agency. The contribution for this level is $30,000. Membership comes with all of the privilages and benefits of a corporate sponsor. For more information call (703) 549-2207.
