The sole characteristic we look for in new members is Character. There is such a diverse range of people in Phi Tau that you will find yourself becoming best friends and brother with people you would never have expected. There is no stereotypical Phi Tau and we wouldn't want it any other way.

Social
Phi Tau constantly strives to have the most and best organized social events on campus. Phi Tau will definitely help make the most of your college experience. Between date parties, brotherhood events, theme parties and our positive campus relations there is always a lot to look forward to. We get to know each other very well and give you the oppertunity to meet tons of new people. At Phi Kappa Tau we work very hard and play even harder.

Academics
Winning the sports cup, raising the most money for charity, and having the most fun parties are great. But these accomplishments as a house have nothing to do with the main reason you are going to school. Phi Kappa Tau's academic record speaks for itself. Obtaining the 2nd highest all-house GPA on campus with 50+ members can be a great selling point to parents but should also mean something to you.

Sports
Phi Tau plays sports with a fun, no-frills attitude. From intense indoor soccer to our "Irrational Numbers" C league basketball team, Phi Tau has a level of competition and fun for everyone. With this attitude our house won the sports cup from 2003-2005.
