- The Captain orders the Constable not to attempt a coup. He obliges.
Committee Reports:
Recruitment and Relations Committee:
- Lots of people showed up for the Enterprise premiere.
- Attendance estimates range from "25-30" to "31.459" to "a bunch."
- Everybody says hi to Roger, who updates us on his status: "All the years I've been at Bradley, half of them I've been a senior."
Movie Committee:
- It exists.
- Dr. Curtis, the professor of this semester's sci-fi seminar, has suggested Forbidden Planet as a movie to watch.
- Carl submits all his movies for consideration.
- There will be a movie someday.
- The Constable accidentally phasers himself; luckily for him, though, he's a poor shot.
T-Shirt Committee:
- Submit t-shirt ideas in writing to Joel.
No Report Committee:
- The club votes on whether tonight's report should be "annoying" or "scary." Scary wins, 7 to 6.
- It is disturbing when a role-playing formula tells you to roll 0.005 dice.

- The minutes are up - early for once!!
- Specific disorder ensues about Pringles.
Constable:

- Everything's under control.
Grand Nagus:
- The current balance is $400.64, "same as last week."
- The Nagus is waiting to see how long it takes before people realize he is embezzling pennies.
- The Nagus still needs to check the status of our copy account with duplicating.
Chief of Operations:
- Official information for the next two episodes of Enterprise is now up on the website.
First Officer:

- We are holding tonight's meeting in Neumiller Hall, because the people maintaining it are very nice.
- The entire command staff "sings" "Letters." {There, I put the quotes in. Happy now?}

New Business:
- Lyz reports that the Lord of the Rings Symphony CD is available on www.amazon.com for $17. The Bradley Symphonic Winds are currently playing the Gandalf and Hobbits movements from the symphony.
- The club discusses the possibility of a secret track on the CD of "The Ballad of Bilbo Baggins," as "sung" by Leonard Nimoy.
- Former Constable Ray Kremer has sent a communique regarding something he saw in The Scout Online: " '70% of Bradley Students are not Greek' chalked on the sidewalk?? Dren. ...Wish I'd thought of that."
Scifi News:
- John Billingsley, Enterprise's Dr. Phlox, is appearing in a Roswell/Enterprise crossover on October 30.
- Paramount has officially announced that the title of the tenth Star Trek movie will be ST: Nemesis.
- General photography for the movie will begin on November 28. The earliest possible release date at this time is Fall 2002.
- John Logan from "Gladiator" will write the script, while Stuart Baird of "Executive Decision" and "U.S. Marshals" will direct. The storyline will involve the Romulans.
- Dark Angel premieres this Friday on Fox.
- Buffy premieres next Tuesday at 7 pm on UPN.
- Special Unit 2 premieres next Wednesday at 8 pm, also on UPN.
- The two-hour premiere of Charmed will be next Thursday at 7 pm on the WB.
- The TNG marathon on TNN begins next Monday, with 77 episodes and 3 ST movies being shown. David has printed up schedules for anyone that wants one.
- "America Loves Star Trek," a special hosted by Jonathan Frakes, will air Monday at 6 pm on TNN. It might be an attempt at a dramedy, with regard to the TNG series.
- WWF Raw is War will air Monday at 8 pm, and it is rumored to have Star Trek stuff in it.
- ST: Gateways books 5 and 6 are now available. #5 is "No Man's Land" by Christie Golden, and deals with Voyager after the episode "Pathfinder." #6 is "Cold Wars" by Peter David. Early reports are that it is "the best NF book so far."
- The collection of TNG comic books, Enemy Unseen, is out now. It includes the 4-part miniseries "Perchance to Dream" by Keith R.A. DeCandido, as well as "The Killing Shadows," another 4-part miniseries by Scott Ciencin.
- Marisa remarks that Entertainment Weekly magazine had two articles on Enterprise.
