Moiria Scott (Pre-K and K)
Moiria has been teaching for 4 years at Hines Primary School and enjoys playing outside with her dog during her free time.  Moiria enjoys teaching because it provides an equal opportunity for her students - and her – to explore the endless wonders of learning.

Rosa Lopez   (Grades 1 and 2)
Rosa graduated from Bradley University in May of 2005 and has taught for three years in District 150.  She taught second grade at Whittier Primary for two years and then moved to Harrison where she currently  teaches Bilingual Education in kindergarten and first grade.  For four years she has taught summer school at Irving Primary, also Bilingual Education.  During her free time, she loves gardening and reading as well as spending time with her family. What she likes best about teaching is seeing the growth that takes place during a school year, especially as related to a child's learning.

Leah Routley (Grades 3 and 4)
Leah has been teaching for 13 years and currently teaches fifth grade math and language arts at Harrison Primary School. She also taught first grade for 8 years. Leah earned her bachelor's degree from Illinois State University in elementary education and recently completed her masters degree from Saint Xavier University. She lives in Peoria with her husband and two daughters, and she is looking forward to having fun with math this summer.

Jeannie Blane (Grades 5 and 6)
Jeannie is currently teaching Language Arts and Math at Brimfield Grade School. She has taught for 31 years while earning a Masters in Science of Education and a Type 75 Administrative certificate. She is currently taking classes to earn a Reading Specialist Degree.  Jeannie also coaches Track and Cross Country at the Junior High level. She has a son who graduated from West Point and served in Iraq for 18 months, and a daughter who is a nursing major at Bradley. Her husband, Jim teaches Business/Computer classes at the high school and coaches the Lady Indians Basketball Team.
