On a daily basis we engage in influence, persuasion, and sales. Our ability to influence and persuade others affects our success in life and business. We attempt to sell ourselves, our products, and our ideas to customers, coworkers, employers, and investors. Influence, Persuasion, and Sales will discuss a systematic process to understand what others want, handle their questions and objections, and deliver clear, powerfully targeted messages.
Influence, Persuasion, and Sales will cover understanding needs, presenting ideas, handling objections, negotiating, and closing. This seminar will lead to improved bottom line, more customer acquisition, greater customer retention, and will help you meet and exceed expectations.
