General Wellness Programs
The Wellness Program provides resources and information for developing a healthy and balanced lifestyle. There are various programs, open to the whole campus, that emphasize the seven dimensions of wellness. Some programs planned for the fall include
- CPR/First Aid
- Eye Screening
- Massage Class
- Great American Smoke Out
- AIDS Awareness Week
- Alcohol Awareness Week
- Drunk Driving Awareness Day
Wellness is an active process through which people become aware of and make choices for a lifestyle designed to realize one's highest potential for wholeness and well being. Wellness helps provide the conscious growth in various areas of life. We have developed these programs to help students attain their highest potential.
