I have been using Adobe Photoshop to composite and manipulate my photographs for about four years. The computer allows me to express ideas I've been unable to express in other mediums and allows me to explore ideas more by providing a way in which I can combine photographic images and maintain the look and technical aspects of photography. The computer allows me to create imagery as I would in painting, but maintain the look of and link to reality which photography makes possible. Also I like the spontaneous accessibility the computer provides me to my photographic images and the intuitive way in which it allows me to work.
