BUILDING LEADERS

 

Every organization has a small cadre of individuals who, through their actions and outcomes, are the emerging leaders.  This program offers unique leadership experience for this group.

We have designed this workshop to address topics and themes critical for promising, high potential leaders.  This will be a focused, no-holds-barred workshop where emerging leaders can explore their leader assumptions, share experiences, and enhance their leader skills.  We expect the effects to be dramatic for both participants and their organizations.

In this 2 1/2 day program, participants will receive personal assessments and feedback, allowing them to explore their leader values and focus on their personal leadership development.  Challenging discussions will emphasize trust-building, conflict, change management, and key interpersonal and emotional skills.  Guest leaders from our community will share insights. 

We promise an active, engaging, and relevant experience for all who attend.

Networking & Peer Support

One of the special features of the program will be the opportunity to interact and get to know other promising leaders in the area.  As the sessions progress, ideas, suggestions, and support from fellow participants will emerge from the spontaneous discussions that are part of the forum.  Our sessions are flexible and encourage open and challenging dialogue and exchange.  Because of the frank nature of the discussions, sessions will be confidential.

The location of the next program is to be determined.

 

Cost

The program fee of $1950 per participant includes all materials, assessment instruments, and refreshments.  Companies who send more than one participant will receive a 10% discount on all registrations.

 

The 2 1/2 day program will be held from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday morning and from 8:a.m. until noon on Friday.
