FAQ (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

How do I decide what leadership training is needed for our organization?

Contact us at the Executive Development Center where we will be happy to discuss your organization's need assessment and design a program for improvement.

Which open enrollment workshop is right for me?

It will depend on the level of experience and more importantly, your experience with 360° assessments. If you have not had this feedback, attend the Foundations of Leadership workshop first.

Why are the workshops higher priced than "other" workshops?

360° assessments cost significantly more than basic management models.

My skills have served me well in getting to my current position. Why should I attend one of your workshops?

Comprehensive research has shown that an important first step in the development process in one's career depends on the ability to assess one's strengths and weaknesses and make the necessary adjustments in one's behavior to become more effective. 360 degree feedback from direct reports, peers and the boss is essential to that process.

My technical skills are above reproach and have served me well. Why do I need leadership training?

Research has determined that the number one reason that managers derail is for "problems with interpersonal relationships." A Stanford University study found that out of 10,000 people who were let go from a job, more than 90% were fired for interpersonal reasons. 360 degree feedback will help determine where you need to enhance your interpersonal relationships in order to be more effective.
