CONTRACT PROGRAMS

 

These 1 - 3 day workshops are generally conducted with an existing work team or group.  By exposing all the members of the team to the same exercises and models, they have a shared experience upon which to build.  These programs can be adapted to better fit your organization through the use of different modules.  And, you decide where and when your program will take place.

High Performance Teams

This one-day workshop combines SYMLOG® with a Team Talk® session to help your team identify an action list to improve team performance in a way that's non-threatening as well as entertaining. 

Strengthening Departmental Leadership

Typically, chairs receive little opportunity for orientation and preparation for their assignment.  This workshop is designed to assist academic department chairs in their growth and development.

Principal Leadership Program

This workshop is designed to provide practical leadership information based on feedback (self and others) on your leadership practices. This unique experience will include a new multi-rater feedback tool created from the Illinois Professional School Leader Standards for Principals. Reflection and dialogue time will be provided and encouraged. A facilitator will be available for a One-to-One telephone consultation within 60 days following the workshop.

High School Leadership ALUMS      

High school students gain new skills in leading others, working in groups, managing conflict, and setting goals.
