Study Groups
A student body with diverse backgrounds and a broad base of leadership experience ensuring a challenging climate.
Participants are divided into study groups of 5-6 individuals at the beginning of the program. Great care is taken by the director to ensure the diversity and balance of the team. Within these study groups, participants will complete group projects as assigned by the faculty member. Participants stay in the same groups throughout the program, which allows for increased team effectiveness and the creation of lasting friendships.
