Core Courses
Bradley's MBA program is comprises of 33 semester hours (12 courses). There are 24 hours (9 courses) of required core courses.
The program begins with an interpersonal relations course where you'll learn how to develop and apply interpersonal skills critical for managerial success. Next, an introduction to key issues in business decision-making offers the unique opportunity to learn from experience practitioners and experts. Courses in controllership, finance, marketing, economics, information technology, and management theory prepare you to manage financial, marketing, and operations challenges with confidence.
Your MBA experience culminates with a capstone course, which focuses on strategic planning and problem solving. Working in teams, you'll integrate concepts of business planning and strategy with knowledge gained from previous coursework to solve an actual business or organizational problem.
Area of Concentration
Nine elective hours (3 courses) allow you to pursue an area of concentration within finance, management, or marketing. Alternatively, choose electives from any of these three disciplines to customize your own area of concentration.
Foundation Courses
If you have not had previous business coursework, required introductory courses in calculus, quantitative analysis, accounting, economics, finance, and operations provide the foundation for your understanding of the business enterprise.
