Domestic Degree-Seeking Applicants

A non-refundable application fee of $40, payable by check or money order to Bradley University, must accompany the Application Form. Applications will not be considered until the fee has been received.

Please submit brief responses to the following:

  1. Explain achievements and work experience that you consider relevant to your interest in and capacity for
    graduate study.
  2. State your career objectives, and how the graduate program you have selected will assist you in
    attaining these goals.

Two official transcripts, sent directly from all post-secondary institutions attended, are required. Bradley alumni need not provide Bradley transcripts.

Two letters of recommendation should be sent directly to the Graduate School from individuals who can comment on the applicant’s potential for success in a graduate program. Forms are available at:  http://www.bradley.edu/academics/grad/forms

A resume is required of all applicants.

Applicants must have test scores sent directly to the Graduate School by the testing agency.   Bradley’s institutional code for score reporting is 1070.  For information on taking the GMAT, including how to register, visit www.mba.com or call

Note:  If you have already taken the GMAT (prior to 2006), and did not list Bradley''s institutional code on test day, you will need to submit an Additional Score Report Request form with payment to:
