Business Management Major
The Business Management and Administration major provides a solid grounding in the skills and concepts necessary to meet the complex and challenging tasks of management. The program concentrates on developing the problem-identification, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills essential for combining the organization’s resources to promote organizational effectiveness. The Business Management and Administration major is one of the most flexible majors in the Foster College of Business Administration. It consists of 9 hours of required management courses beyond the business core, and 12 hours of management electives. Students may choose from a broad array of courses to satisfy their elective requirements, or choose from one of 2 concentrations, Human Resource Management or Legal Studies.
