Some of the journals in which Dr. Webster has published include Journal of Business and Economic Perspectives, Sourthern Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Applied Business Research, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of American Business Education and the Journal of Applied Business Research. Dr. Webster has won awards for paper presentations at several national and international professional conferences.
Dr. Webster is the author of a widely used statistics textbook, Applied Business and Economic Statistics published by Richard D. Irwin/ McGraw-Hill Book Company
Dr. Webster serves as Co-Editor of the Journal of Financial and Economic Practice.
Dr. Webster received recognition as the Phi Chi Theta Outstanding Faculty Member. He is also Director of Illini Financial and Economic Consulting Services and remains active in several professional organizations and societies.
