Management Minor

The Management Minor is designed to provide students with essential background, understanding, knowledge, and skill in the practice of management. The minor in management will provide non-business students with foundations and skills to complement the focus area of their respective majors and enhance personal career plans.

 

 

A minor in Management requires 15 semester hours. Nine semester hours consist of required courses, as listed below:

BMA 352 Managing in Organizations
BMA 356 Human Resource Management
BMA 357 Leadership and Interpersonal Behavior

Other Requirements:

Six semester hours of Business electives must be chosen from the following list:

Students desiring to minor in Management must be approved by the Chair of the Department of Business Management and Administration prior to enrolling in the program.
