The Tuition Exchange
The Tuition Exchange Program Guidelines for Bradley University
Bradley University is a member of The
Tuition Exchange program. Through this program, up to
three dependent children of eligible employees may be granted
full or partial undergraduate tuition waivers at another participating
institution. General information about this program and a complete
listing of participating institutions can be found at http://www.tuitionexchange.org/.
Eligibility for participation is determined by years of service.
A minimum of five years of continuous, full-time service is required
for participation. The Office of Financial Assistance gives priority
consideration (see item #3 below) to application requests received
by October 1, 2008.
Procedures for Enrollment into The Tuition Exchange program:
- Obtain and complete a Tuition Exchange application
and return it to the Office of Financial Assistance no later than October
1, 2008.
- Applicants will be ranked based on the eligible
employee's years of continuous service at Bradley University.
- The three (3) highest ranking
applications received by October 1 will be offered the opportunity
to designate three (3) Exchange schools where they have
applied or will apply for admission. The next 3 highest-ranking
applications received by October 1 will be designated alternates.
If a top-3 family relinquishes a slot, it will be made available
to the next highest-ranking alternate.
- If at any time an employee decides to decline his
position in the program please notify Trish Bussone in the Office of Financial Assistance
to ensure the next person in line has the opportunity to use
this benefit.
