Our build your own buffet includes, warm tortillas, Fajita Chicken and Beef, Refried beans, cheese Tomatoes, Onions and Sour cream w/ Spainish Rice, Tortilla Chips, Pico de Gallo and Traditional Sopapillas Dessert.

Cajun Creation
Shrimp or Crawfish Etoufee, Chicken Gumbo, Dirty Rice, Fresh Vegetables, Salad w/three dressings, Cornbread and Pecan Pie.
