STEM scholars

By TYLER FOX ’10

Bradley received a $600,000 grant from the National Science Foundation for the advancement of talented and disadvantaged students who enroll in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) programs. STEM scholarships will be awarded to incoming freshman in 2009 and to transfer students from community colleges. Over the next four years, nearly 40 students will receive the scholarships that provide up to $5,000 in financial aid. Comprehensive programs will also be offered in each of the disciplines to the STEM scholars.
