Dale Hilton holds a BFA Virginia Commonwealth University, (Richmond) and an MA from the University of Chicago. Since the inception of the Ohio SchoolNet grant (Nov. 1999), she has managed day to day operations of CMA distance learning program including lesson development, script writing, teacher/client relations, overseeing scheduling and development of companion publications to distance learning lessons, budgeting, reporting to granting authorities, training part-time Education staff in lesson development and presentation, directing teams of classroom teachers in creating new lessons, and have extensive on-camera experience in presenting distance learning lessons.
