Heitz Hall Cardio Room

The Heitz Hall Cardio Room was opened in September of 2005 to provide additional cardiovascular exercise equipment to Bradley students, faculty, and staff. Treadmills, elliptical machines, an upright bike, a selectorized weight station, and dumbells make up the equipment available in this facility. Although the facility is located in Heitz Hall, the facility is open to all students regardless of where they reside. The facility is also equipped with five large screen televisions and Cardio Theater. Cardio Theater allows each user to select which station they want to listen to while they work out. By bringing their own set of headphones, each user can plug into the receiver on their piece of exercise equipment, and select which television to listen to. Don't forget your headphones!!

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Sunday 12 p.m. - 10 p.m.

During breaks, the Heitz Hall Cardio Room will be closed. During these times, please feel free to come to Haussler Hall to work out.
