Network Diagnostic Tool (NDT)

NDT is a web-based application that will test reliability and operational status of your desktop computer and network connection by sending data between your desktop and a remote (NDT) server.  At Bradley University, the NDT server is physically located on campus and can be accessed either on or off campus.

Use NDT If you suspect a network problem which could cause slow performance.  The best results you will see should be 70% of the speed of your local connection.  Client-to-server and server-to-client numbers should be in the same ballpark.  If there is a large difference, this may indicate a problem exists.
