Great for sending groups of files through email
By using the keyboard combination Control + click, you create zip files fast and easy.
Let's say you have a group of documents and photos that have to be emailed, the best way to start is to drag all the items into a new folder you just created.
Next, select all the items in the folder then Control + click. Choose Create Archive of .... Items and a compressed file named Archive.zip is created.
Now you see the new file named Archive.zip has been created.

To email, attach the file just as you would any other document or photo. Zipping the file ensures they will not be removed by email or virus filters.
