St. James Place Services

St. James Place has the same services available as the residence halls. In each apartment in the St. James complex, there are two jacks in the common room and one in each bedroom. These jacks can be set up in a number of ways, from all being on a single line to each room having a private number. Pricing for services is as follows:
Common Line
   One phone line throughout the apartment.		 Private Line
   A private phone number in one bedroom only.
4 Bedroom Apartment $80.00 per apartment $33.00 per line
3 Bedroom Apartment $64.30 per apartment $33.00 per line
2 Bedroom Apartment $48.60 per apartment $33.00 per line
