Appropriate Laboratory Behavior:

Students need to develop a mature attitude and behavior when working in the laboratory.  Accidents can and do happen.  Unfortunately, immature behavior is often the source of accidents.  This means no fooling around, running, or pushing.  Personal items should be stored out of the aisle and off bench tops.  There should me no eating, drinking, or unnecessary socializing in the lab.

Don't fool around in the lab
Keep aisles clear of personal belongings
Keep food and beverages outside the lab
Do not bring visitors into the lab without the instructor's permission
Do not work in the lab outside of class time unless you have the instructor's permission
Do not attempt an experiment that is not on the schedule
Do not modify any experiment
Consult you instructor if you become confused about a procedure
