MISSION STATEMENT

The Leadership Development Center (LDC) strives to enhance the leadership and interpersonal effectiveness of managers, executives, other professionals and teams.

LDC’s assessment for development programs –

  • Deepens understanding of the leadership role in organizational culture

  • Transforms leadership from an individual activity into an organization-wide process

  • Builds awareness of how behavior affects teams and their development

LDC’s focus is to help develop individual managers into creative leaders who can lead and energize organizational change.
