Presented by:

College of Education and Health Sciences
Bradley University

DESCRIPTION - This workshop is designed to provide practical leadership information based on feedback (self and others) on your leadership practices. This unique experience will include a new multi-rater feedback tool created from the Illinois Professional School Leader Standards for Principals. Reflection and dialogue time will be provided and encouraged. A facilitator will be available for a One-to-One telephone consultation within 60 days following the workshop.

RATIONALE - Knowing self better, getting clarity around the situation and acquiring new skills are at the center of leadership development.
