Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®)

The Leadership Development Center (LDC) is a Network Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership.  CCL is an international, nonprofit educational institution founded in 1970 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our affiliation gives us access to vast research, training databases, and models of managerial practice. CCL aids us in offering world-renowned leadership programs to improve the quality and effectiveness of organizations worldwide.

SYMLOG® Consulting Group

LDC offers programs using SYMLOG® (System for the Multiple Level Observation of Groups), which is the method of choice for measuring and examining dynamic and complex situations for value-based change for leadership, teamwork, and organizational development.

Discovery Learning Center

Through our affiliation with Discovery Learning Center, LDC provides leaders with training designs that incorporate change management, goal setting, and decision making.   Discovery Learning is a resource for Trainers, Consultants and executives in over 28 countries around the world. Through assessment, simulation and creative program design Discovery Learning provides solutions for creating learning environments that lead directly to individual, team and organizational improvement.
