How do I decide what leadership training is needed

Which open enrollment workshop is right for me?
It
will depend on the level of experience and more importantly, your experience
with 360° assessments. If you have not had this feedback attend the Foundations
of Leadership workshop first.
Why are the workshops higher priced than "other"
workshops?
- 360° assessments cost significantly more than basic
management models.
- These particular assessments are researched based to
accurately give you a profile around the most effective leadership skills.
- The Leadership Development Center provides a more in-depth learning environment
with one-to-one feedback and a high ratio of instructor to participant.
My skills have served me well in getting to my current position. Why should
I attend one of your workshops?
