LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK

Designed for managers with prior leadership training who want to:

  • become better team leaders, team members and team builders

  • build productive working relationships

  • defuse interpersonal conflicts

  • increase commitment, creativity and teamwork

  • break down barriers of mistrust and misunderstanding

  • delegate work based on strengths and developmental needs

  • assess a group's problems and potential

  • set challenging, yet attainable, personal and team goals

  • organize and manage for synergy and success

FOCUS

This program comes to grips with the tough issues and unique challenges a leader faces when trying to turn a diverse group of professionals into a cohesive, motivated team.

Through personal inventories and group interaction, you'll gain keen insights into your own personal leadership style and how you can modify that style to build and maintain workplace teams with win-win attitudes.

ASSESSMENT TOOLS

SYMLOG (SYstem for the Multiple Level Observation of Groups) is used as a 360° (multi-rater) assessment to quantify key attitudes and perceptions that people in your organization have about themselves and others.  Self-assessment tools include the Myers-Briggs® (MBTI), FIRO-B and the Change Style Indicator.

PROGRAM AND FEES

The 2-day program begins at 8AM and concludes at 5:30PM Wednesday and Thursday.  Continental breakfast is at 7:30AM both days.

Program fee of $1,500 per participant includes program materials, continental breakfast and lunch.  Team discounts for multiple members of the same company attending the same program are $1,300 for a second participant and $1,000 for each additional participant.  Scholarships and Standby Discount programs are also available.
