Managing Change

During this one-day workshop, you will learn to identify your own behaviors when dealing with change.  As a leader, you also need to know how to handle others’ behaviors toward change.  We will provide you the information needed to be a successful leader during times of change.

Designed as a crash course for a leader who would like to build a better team, it involves a process of interpretation, innovation, and strategy planning based on information received from a number of feedback tools.

The Art of Facilitation and Presentation

Learning to effectively facilitate a function of any type can be a difficult experience.  We give you the knowledge and understanding of important factors concerning facilitation.  Presentations play a large role in this process; therefore, you will learn the key features needed during presentation. 

Creativity and Innovation

A majority of the time, the most difficult task we encounter is seeking a level of creativity and innovation within our organization.  During this one-day workshop, you will discover some of the most noted thoughts, ideas, and frameworks for reaching this highly sough business level.
