OPEN ENROLLMENT PROGRAMS

These programs are conducted at specific times in specific locations.  Because participants come from all walks of corporate life, they enjoy a certain sense of anonymity as they share wide-ranging viewpoints and experiences with others.  By being able to discuss the "back-home" issues frankly and freely, participants gain insight into their own situations...and often set into motion valuable networking opportunities for the future.

Foundations of Leadership      

Licensed from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®), supervisors and project leaders develop leadership skills to set and communicate a clear direction, to motivate, to provide coaching and feedback, and to help others in their organizations succeed.

Leadership and Teamwork

Middle to upper level managers and experienced supervisors learn to increase their ability to unify diverse people to work effectively as a team toward a common purpose in varied, often difficult settings.

Strengthening Departmental Leadership

Typically, chairs receive little opportunity for orientation and preparation for their assignment.  This workshop is designed to assist academic department chairs in their growth and development.

Principal Leadership Program

This workshop is designed to provide practical leadership information based on feedback (self and others) on your leadership practices. This unique experience will include a new multi-rater feedback tool created from the Illinois Professional School Leader Standards for Principals. Reflection and dialogue time will be provided and encouraged. A facilitator will be available for a One-to-One telephone consultation within 60 days following the workshop.
