PERSONAL COACHING FOR THE EXECUTIVE

FOCUS

Through individualized coaching, you will come to better understand your abilities ... as well as what styles are working for you, and what behaviors may be holding you back.  You'll work with a qualified, candid "coach" to develop an action plan for your own development; as well as specific steps to develop your team.

PROCESS

The process begins by collecting feedback from subordinates, peers and/or supervisors using one or more highly reliable 360° assessment tools.  This information is then compared to your self-perception as measured by selected self-assessment tools.

This intensive initial phase of the program can be followed by an on-going coaching schedule.

MULTI-RATER (360°) ASSESSMENT TOOLS

Benchmarks - provides feedback on 16 key executive skills and pinpoints problem areas that can stall or derail a career

Campbell Leadership Index - shows how your colleagues perceive you by rating 100 adjectives vital to business success

SkillScope - information on strengths and developmental needs in 15 skill areas

SYMLOG® - compares your effective teamwork values to a national norm for feedback on how others judge your effectiveness

SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOLS

FIRO-B - examines the critical relationship issues of inclusion, control and affection

Myers-Briggs - measures your preferences in four personality areas that strongly affect your leadership role

Coaching Fee:

$4,000
$1,500 for 6-month retest and consultation
$100 for each 30-minute phone consultation
