PERSONAL COACHING
FOR THE TEAM
A powerful team building process for
existing management teams that focuses on the dynamics of the group as a whole,
and also provides one-to-one coaching for each team member in order to:
FOCUS
This program is particularly
effective in managing the interpersonal side of the Total Quality movement, as
well as in reducing workplace stress levels which are usually directly related
to the level of effective communication within a management team.
PROCESS
Phase 1 - Assessment & Data
Collection
-
Each team member completes
confidential surveys that profile the teamwork culture and also provide
anonymous feedback to each other.

The facilitator meets one-to-one
with each team member regarding his or her experiences as a team member.
Phase 2 - Two-Day Team Retreat
The team meets to:

debrief the results of the
survey
-
identify the current culture of
the team
-
define the changes needed
-
develop an action plan to
improve the team's performance
Phase 3 - One-to-One Individual
Coaching
-
Each team member meets with a
facilitator for a half-day one-on-one coaching session.

With the facilitator, each team
member creates a development plan to increase his/her personal team
effectiveness.

At a team meeting, members share
their personal plans to get support, suggestions and reinforcement.
Phase 4 and Beyond - Measuring
Progress
-
Six to eight months after the
final coaching sessions, the team's culture is re-profiled.

This post-assessment data
identifies progress and provides the groundwork and the environment for
further growth and development goals.
