TEAM TALK®

Team Talk® is an exciting team building alternative for companies who can't spare key employees long enough for traditional team building programs; or companies who, because of budget limitations, have had to restrict these programs to senior management only.

FOCUS

Team Talk® is the rapid-results team building program for today's rapid-fire business climate.  It makes team development possible in a few hours for up to 10 people at any level in an organization and it can be used in a standard office or meeting room with no consultant support.

PROCESS

Using an innovative board game format, team members are asked to consider key questions about how they operate, what gets in the way of greater success, and how their team might work differently in order to be more effective.

The board game atmosphere gives players the intellectual freedom to boldly confront questions and issues that might be avoided in the actual workplace.

Team Talk® includes two versions, each of which can be used with up to 10 people.

• Established Teams version is suitable for teams that have been together for 8 weeks or more.  The teams review past problems that may be hindering progress and set strategies to build on current successes.

• New Teams version is for teams in the early weeks of their formation, such as at the start of a project.  It helps members identify the kind of team they want to work in and what they need to do to get there.

Both versions help teams build strategies for dealing with change.  Teams learn that straight talking increases confidence, builds relationships and delivers results.

Team Talk® can also be used again with the same teams to support continuous development.
