TRAINERS Nancy Affolter Nancy trains in the Foundations of Leadership program. She is Vice President and COO of Behavioral Health Advantages Inc. (BHA), a multi-specialty management and consulting firm. She is a graduate of Northeastern Illinois University where she received a bachelor's degree in organizational development. Michael Dentino Mike is involved in the design and delivery of custom programs. Formerly LDC’s Assistant Director, Mike has more than 33 years of experience with Caterpillar Inc. in various management positions. He holds a cum laude degree from the University of Notre Dame. Robert Farquhar Bob trains in the Leadership and Teamwork program and various custom programs, and retired after 20 years as LDC’s Executive Director. He has expertise and organizational experience in directing teambuilding and performance appraisals. Bob is a graduate of Bradley University and the University of Wisconsin where he received a master's degree in organizational communication. Mary Ann Penn Mary Ann coordinates and facilitates the Leadership ALUMS program and is a Program Associate for LDC. She holds a B.S. in organization development from Northeastern Illinois University and a M.S. in management from National-Louis University. Charles Stoner, D.B.A. Chuck trains in the Managing Conflict program and custom programs for LDC. He is the Robert A. McCord Professor of Executive Management and past Chair of the Business Management & Administration Department at Bradley University. He received his D.B.A. in management from Florida State University. Cecelia Wooden, Ed.D. Cecelia trains in the Foundations of Leadership program and is involved in the design and delivery of custom programs. She is a partner in Wooden & Associates, a strategic communications management firm in Louisville, KY. Cecelia earned her Ed.D. from Illinois State University.
