Course Overview

            Emotional Intelligence (EQ) plays a significant role in your leadership ability.  Grasping the facts about how well you respond to different situations emotionally can give you great power.  During this session we will give you the proper tools to identify the range of emotions you deal with and then create a plan of action to slowly learn to control different emotions in a way at will be benefit you.
