Athletics - Group Ticket Sales Coordinator

Bradley Athletics is seeking a part-time position in the Ticket Office located in the Renaissance Coliseum. The primary responsibility will be to sell group tickets for Bradley Men’s and Women’s Basketball. A heavy emphasis is focusing on group sales to the Peoria and more specifically the greater Peoria communities.

The successful candidate(s) must be able to provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone, have a sales mentality, be driven towards success with sales goals, and be accurate and dependable when handling phone orders, and cash/credit card transactions. The ideal candidate will have contacts in the Peoria and greater Peoria communities. At times, the position will require cold calls. Start date is immediately and ends at the conclusion of the 2013/14 men’s and women’s basketball seasons.

This position will receive a weekly stipend and a commission structure based on the number of group sales. Mileage will be compensated.

  • Strong knowledge of software including word processing and spreadsheet
  • Must have a vehicle to drive to meetings with groups; deliver tickets; and possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
