Family and Consumer Sciences - One-Year Temporary Instructor
The Department of Family and Consumer Sciences, College of Education and Health Sciences at Bradley University invites applications for one-year temporary Instructor. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in the area of foods, nutrition and wellness, and other related FCS courses.
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Nutrition or closely related field from a regionally accredited institution. Preference will be given to candidates with a Doctoral degree or ABD in Nutrition or related field who have prior teaching experience at the college level; food/nutrition related work experience, ability to use technology in teaching on campus. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications. The expected starting date for this position is August 17th 2013.
