Foreign Languages - Tenure Track Assistant Professor In Spanish (Linguistics)
The Department of Foreign Languages invites applications for a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor in Spanish with an anticipated start date of August 2014.
A PhD. in Spanish language studies is required, ABD will be considered, with native or near-native level fluency in both Spanish and English. Specialty in Hispanic Linguistics or Latino/Latina Studies required, with experience or interest in developing courses for Heritage Learners. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in college-level teaching and experience teaching all levels of language, literature, and culture. Teaching load: 3/3.
