Foreign Languages - Tenure Track Assistant Professor in Spanish (Peninsular)
The Department of Foreign Languages invites applications for a tenure-track position as Assistant Professor in Spanish with an anticipated start date of August 2014.
A PhD. in Spanish language studies is required, ABD will be considered, with native or near-native level fluency in both Spanish and English. Specialty in Peninsular Literature/Culture requires with demonstrated interest in Film Studies or Caribbean Studies. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in college-level teaching and experience teaching all levels of language, literature and culture. The teaching load for this position is 3/3.
