Business Management and Administration - Assistant Professor

The Department of Business Management and Administration at Bradley University invites applications for a tenure-track position with teaching and research responsibilities in management.  Teaching responsibilities are in organizational behavior, organizational effectiveness, organizational theory, principles of management, or other areas of management.

This position includes teaching in the undergraduate program and may include course development and teaching in the MBA and EMBA programs.  The ideal candidate is an accomplished and innovative teacher and has a strong interest and demonstrates competence in academic research. A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Management or a related field.  Will consider A.B.D. (defended proposal preferred). The rank is Assistant Professor.  The position will start August 2013, subject to funding approval.
