Violin/Piano Duo to perform at Westminster Presbyterian Church

Bradley University and Westminster Presbyterian Church will host a free concert at the church on Monday, February 13, at 7:30 p.m.  The cooperative effort will feature two outstanding artists, Canadian violinist Véronique Mathieu and pianist Jasmin Arakawa.

The recital will feature a wide variety of works ranging from classical to contemporary.

Mathieu has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in Europe, South Africa, South America, China and the United States. She is an assistant professor of violin at the University of Kansas.


Arakawa, a charismatic and versatile pianist, has performed worldwide, and currently serves as an assistant professor of piano at the University of South Alabama.
