The Music Scholarship Concert Series continues at Bradley with performances by the Symphonic Winds and Symphonic Band on Sunday, November 13, at 3 p.m. in Dingeldine Music Center, located at 1417 W. Barker. Tickets are $10 for adults and free to students. Tickets are available at the door prior to the concert or in advance by contacting the Cultural Events Box Office at 309-677- 2650.
Both bands are led by Dr. David Vroman, the Director of Band Activities and the Chairperson for the Department of Music. During the summer months Dr. Vroman is the conductor of the Peoria Municipal Band that is comprised of some of the most outstanding wind and percussion performers in Central Illinois.
Proceeds from the series go to scholarships for Bradley music students.
