Presentations are expected to be in poster format; however, a limited

If your project is better represented through an oral or demonstrative
presentation, please submit a short explanation of your project along
with your Intent to Participate form. Once oral and other demonstrative
requests have been reviewed and selected, a notification will be distributed
via email. Projects not selected for oral presentations will automatically
be placed in the poster category and will be so informed.
Space Requirements: Each project will have a designated space that includes
a 4’x6’x3/16” black foam board and easel. Tacks to display
your poster will be available on the set-up day and the day of the event.
No tape or adhesives are allowed for attaching your poster to the foam
board display. All projects must fit within the provided space. 6’
tables are available on a requested basis and require prior approval by
contacting Kim Willis at 677-4118.
Note: You may set up your poster the day prior to the event (4/3/08)
