The purpose of PAC, as stated in the Personnel Advisory Committee
Constitution, is:
To increase awareness/understanding of University policies and procedures by holding monthly Personnel Advisory Committee meetings, providing input and participating in discussions concerning pertinent issues. The Vice President for Business Affairs and the Director of Human Resources will provide information relevant to Classified, non-union employment with the University and the campus in general.
To promote and encourage interaction through hosting of social events for Classified, non-union personnel.
PAC is NOT a bargaining unit or a union.
