Iles Elementary School / Springfield, Illinois
After lunch at Iles School's Poetry Day Celebration in Springfield, IL, I had the pleasure of addressing the assembled students in the gymnasium. Throughout the day, studnets enjoyed creative workshops with Illinois poets Demetrice Worley, David Wright, Job Conger, Corrine Frisch, Kari Abate, Siobhan Pitchford, and Anita Stienstra.
