The Bradley Advantage

Bradley’s political science program introduces you to the inner-workings of political systems around the world with an emphasis on the American system. You learn about international relations and political theory as you engage the world’s different political systems. You can spend a semester abroad or in Washington, D.C. to enhance your understanding of politics. You also can use political science as the foundation for a pre-law degree or in conjunction with a second major. Outside the classroom, you can participate in student organizations such as the pre-law club, mock trial or student chapters of political parties. You also have the opportunity to discuss national issues with students across the country at conferences hosted by institutions such as the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

Successful Outcomes

The political science degree successfully prepares you to enter the workforce or graduate school. In recent years, all students found jobs or continued their education within six months of graduation. Recent graduates are working as attorneys, public policy makers and political analysts. Others are attending graduate school at DePaul University, John Marshall Law School and Oregon State University.
